Welcome to MIDEXA Micro Services Foundation. We are a registered Section 8 Non-Profit Micro-Finance Institution (MFI) incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India [2.1.2].
Our primary objective is to provide secure, transparent, and non-collateral micro-credit and financial lending assistance to small entrepreneurs, agricultural workers, women-led self-help groups (SHGs), and economically underserved sections of society. We believe in empowering small businesses through accessible micro-loans to foster local socio-economic development.
As a Section 8 Micro-Finance Foundation, we operate strictly within the micro-lending guidelines and exemptions issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) [2.1.2]. We restrict our lending operations strictly up to ₹50,000 per borrower, focused solely on productive income-generation activities [2.1.2]. We do not accept public deposits, savings accounts, or fixed deposits of any kind from the public.
We leverage advanced automated technology (like UPI AutoPay and secure digital standing instructions) to make loan repayments, EMI collections, and disbursements highly transparent, reliable, and paperless. Our lending practices are governed by moral corporate ethics, fair practice codes, and strict legal compliance.
